New Film School For Street and Indigenous Children
After the election of Fernando Lugo as President of Paraguay, there was an explosion of creativity in civil society and the government. The Children's Ministry asked Shine a Light to help it create a new film school for street and indigenous children. Though the experiment ended with the coup d'etat in 2012, it was an important success for several years.
